On Tuesday, 16 September 2014, at 19:00 pm, in the gallery of the Foundation, I hear, I believe, pewter see, there is an art exhibition titled Fly, fly ... sunflower sunlight into the arms of painter Andrea Belic.
Every encounter with the art world of the young painter Andrea Belic usually goes beyond the limits of standard expectations of most art lovers. First, because it is a young person by way of building their own artistic expression, guided paths that I take only the brave. Those who believe that behind the dark forest with which to go, open sunlit glade. pewter Those who believe that the sunflower can fly ....
Andrea Belic is primarily a special girl. As a child with cerebral palsy, their arrival on the world a lasting influence on the further life of his family. But despite this, the disease had failed to take the most important place in the world of little girls big, curious, bright and the sun always facing eyes. And what is a problem for many people and cargo, Andrea and her family has become just a little different way of life. Surrounded by great understanding, care and affection of their loved ones, Andrea - even as a young girl, she discovered the wondrous world of colors and shapes, hiding it as a treasure in his little heart. But impressions are piling up and the small sunflower that eventually sprouted in the girl's heart, one day shone from her eyes and started clumsy fingers that were accepted by the brush and paint, conveying visual impressions and experiences of Andrea's life on a white pad of paper. Cracked open the door to a new world and a girl, a little bit, started his miraculous paths. Today, when the hand and imagination of the young artist already created hundreds of works of art, Andrea is increasingly emerging as the author of many art exhibitions. A few years ago, she became a member of the Association FORM 2000 from Ivanic Grad, participating in various art colonies, and their works are often given in charity. Strange and unusual? Perhaps. But each new life is like hidden treasure, pewter and every man is a unique being who seeks his own fulfillment pewter and realization of their dreams. In each hiding a gift and a duty to adults, especially parents, to help the child that gift in itself finds, discovers and develops. In this way, the child grew up to develop young people aware of themselves and their capabilities, which will surely find themselves and their own abilities appropriate place in the world. And in today's pewter world, full of people with special needs, Andrea opens the way to overcoming pewter the difficulties of life with optimism, through developing their own creativity and search deeper reason and meaning of life, step up to some different, not always comfortable paths.
Andrea's second solo exhibition in the space of the Foundation comprises pewter part of her earliest works, mainly in tempera, made around pewter 1995, while studying in Zagreb, and supplemented by selection of recent pewter work, particularly in the oil painting technique he had received after completing high school.
