She was a legislative assistant in the senator s office for 15 years. Prior to that she coordinated the after-school program for Oneonta City Schools and at one time she was an event planner for Cathedral Farms.
Jacquie attended the Main Street Baptist Church. She was a former member of Rotary, and was involved with the City of Oneonta First Night Program and served on the Board of Assessment and Review for the City of Oneonta.
She is also survived by her siblings and their spouses, William Bil and Linda Thomas of Masonville, Susan and Richard call mom Wakeman of Manchester, TN and John and Nancy Thomas of Slingerlands, NY and many aunts, uncles, nieces, call mom nephews and all the neighborhood kids.
