If there is one dessert that we get tired easily, it is the lemon tart. We have previously enjoyed the pastry Pure Paris, and that's the Cake Factory we have chosen another for an equally meticulous inspection. It is distinguished by the original layout of the meringue and its gourmet aspect, but what about its flavors?
Italian meringue surface is smooth, flowers slightly sweet and well. Classic by its consistency and flavor, it nonetheless stands by its spiral arrangement around the filling. Lemon Cream presented in a dome is highly sweet and does not leave an oily mouthfeel. flowers It is creamy and thick, a little sticky, flowers the classic taste of lemon. Shortbread is more surprising by its very crumbly texture and the roasted hazelnuts found there, cracking under the tooth and adding a nice flavor. So by this pie Lemon Cake Factory is both classic in its construction and surprising in its appearance and texture of the shortbread. We would have liked the taste of the latter expresses more face cream lemon, arranged a generous amount remains the strongest element of this dessert. Still, this mix of originality and more conventional flavors works well and makes us enjoy this dessert.
